Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds are only accepted if there is an issue with garment or if the garment has not yet been printed. If there is an issue with the garment the customer has 30 days to send in pictures of the garment and describe what the errors are. If it is determined that the garment is defective due to the printing process a refund will be processed or an exchange will be sent at the cost of Scenic Apparel.
Refunds will not be permitted if the customer has design changes post-design approval and print. Once the garment has been printed and there is no issues with the garment the product will not be returned at this point.
